The owner was very friendly and generous with advice on getting around and places to eat. Breakfast was generous too, and the rooms were spacious. It's about a 15-minute bus ride to the center, which was convenient for us. The one thing to know before booking is that the clean, roomy private bathroom is outside the bedroom, a short walk down the corridor near the other room. If that setup works for you, it's a great place to stay in Bologna. Highly recommended.

The hospitality was outstanding, and the place is just a short walk from the center. For my visit, it was also very close to Villa Chiara clinic. The only drawback is that the private bathroom is outside the room.
