The room was inexpensive, and the kitchen was new. The toilet and shower were older, but clean, and apparently were due to be new in 2019 :-) There's a balcony and extra seating on the ground floor. Breakfast was coffee and a croissant at a nearby restaurant. It was good, though not much food for a guy. You can park a motorbike inside.

The small room was poorly lit and had only a fan, no air conditioning. Also, the bathroom light runs on a sensor and switched off while I was showering.

It's a long way from the main center, so expect to take the bus whenever you head into town. If you don't mind that, the value for money is good.

Breakfast was plentiful, but there wasn't a table for it, so it was left in the room when we arrived. The room was fairly clean. Sharing the bathroom with another room was a small inconvenience.

B&B ZERBINI is set up to meet every need, with welcoming rooms, a kitchen and washing machine, and excellent cleanliness. Mrs. Barbara is kind and energetic. The location is handy, with supermarkets and bars nearby and public transport just a few steps away.
