Hotel La Capannina

The food was a real highlight, wholesome, generous, and authentic, with the chefs putting care into the menu and every dish. The dining room staff were so competent and kind, especially Giuseppe. Alessio was always attentive, thoughtful, and cheerful, and his professionalism and courtesy made for a comfortable stay. We spent a family weekend here and found everything clean and well looked after, with fresh air and a homely feel. This wonderful place leaves you with a lot in your heart. Five stars don’t seem enough. I highly recommend it and hope we can return soon.

We used the hotel as a base to explore the Barbagia di Belvi' each day, and Alessio took us by buggy to see Aritzo’s various springs, which was great. We spent a week here, and the family-run atmosphere, along with the kindness of Alessio and his mother, made us feel at home. The pool was a real bonus, especially late at night under the stars. We’d love to relive those moments.

Fifteen of us stayed here as a base for trekking. The welcome, cleanliness, and willingness to help were all top-notch. Highly recommended.

The owner was very friendly and helpful, and took care of every request. My room was spacious, spotless, and well maintained. Breakfast was fresh and nicely presented, with coffee made fresh on a barista machine. The clean, well-kept pool was another plus. The restaurant only opens when there are enough guests, which I completely understand. I was very satisfied.
