Hotel Rossi

The rooms felt dated, and there was a lot of dust and cobwebs when I looked under the bed and behind the headboard. The bathroom was small and very old-fashioned. I asked what the things in my photo were and was told they were emergency lights. But if that were true, they should come on when you unplug the key or switch off the meter, and neither one worked. It was the same in my friend's room. Honestly, something about it seemed off. And the dampness under the windows was very noticeable. Meh!!!

Five stars might sound like a lot, but I think this place earned them. The location is good and breakfast is adequate. The rooms are clean and well cared for, and they’re quiet and private. What really makes it special is how kind and honest the staff are. The owner is polite and always pays attention to what you need. Congratulations.

The room was gorgeous, spotless, and newly renovated, with marble stairs in a historic building. We found free parking right outside, and the price was very affordable. Manciano is a beautiful town with lovely people. We arrived late at 1:00 AM, without a reservation, after visiting the Saturnia waterfalls, and Diva still welcomed us and opened a room. Her kindness and warmth will stay with us. Thank you, Diva. We’ll be back! ♥️

The owners were so attentive, and breakfast was delicious. Our room was spacious, with a big balcony and a lovely view. It’s also well placed for getting to the main attractions, and local restaurants are an easy walk away. Great hospitality and kindness.
