The location was excellent, though the apartment itself, Bertiera House, was average at best. The company has several properties, so if you book through booking.com, I’d ask for photos of the specific unit you’ll be staying in. The kitchen had basic equipment, and we had trouble with both the air conditioning and washing machine, though staff were helpful in getting them fixed. It’s popular with college students, and we heard noise at 4:00 am. A white noise app might help.
