Pontelungo 2 - Modern Studio in Borgo Panigale

The apartment had several problems: the power kept cutting out, neither the heating nor the AC worked, the bathroom door wouldn't lock, and the cookware was damaged. The kitchen was also missing basic equipment. We found chewing gum stuck by the bed, which made me doubt how well the place had been cleaned. Despite the €60 cleaning fee, we were told to wash the dishes before leaving. I only learned about that extra fee after booking, and it seemed unreasonable given the condition of the apartment. Check-in felt stressful because I was hurried along to meet the agent. Staff were slow to communicate and weren't helpful when we needed them. It wasn't a pleasant stay, and I wouldn't recommend the place.
