We had a terrible stay at Bologna Accommodation - Sant'Orsola. Cockroaches were in the kitchen, and the kitchen sink faucet had broken off and was never fixed. Train tracks sit right outside the master bedroom window. The apartment also had none of the basic supplies we expected, including toilet paper, hand soap, and dish soap, so we had to buy everything ourselves. We tried contacting the owner several times for help and were ignored once they had our money. Bologna has plenty of better places to stay, so save yourself the hassle and book somewhere else.

I came to Bologna because my husband needed surgery, and wanted a kitchen and some quiet in an apartment. Instead, the kitchen had only a few old, broken, very dirty dishes, and I had to wash them all by hand because the dishwasher was broken. There were no tablecloths or rugs in the kitchen or bathrooms, and the microwave shown in the photos wasn’t there. The radiators in the kitchen and master bedroom were broken too. We were asked to keep quiet after 10 p.m., but there was plenty of noise from the other apartments, along with train noise below the master bedroom. It was a terrible experience, and I wouldn’t recommend it.
