We stayed in the Enzo suite, which was easy to find after receiving the self check-in instructions. The location was good, near the train station and within walking distance of the old town. The room was great, with a really high ceiling, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The bathroom was clean. The floor creaks a bit, which might bother light sleepers, though we thought it added charm.

The bathroom was clean and comfortable, and the location was good, but the owner's poor management caused problems every day and really spoiled our stay in Bologna. The service didn't match the standards advertised. Communication was disappointing. The owner had offered a price that included breakfast, taxes, and parking, but after check-in we were asked to pay again for parking and taxes. Breakfast was just a snack, despite the photo showing three breakfasts for two people. We also had to let other guests into the apartment because they couldn't get in or reach the owner.

We could walk to the attractions from Bologna Suites, and being close to the train station was very convenient for us. It worked well for a three-night stay. Self check-in went smoothly, and the host answered our questions quickly. Road works were going on, but they didn't bother us since we were out all day. The room was spacious, and the bathroom was well equipped. A small fridge would have been handy.

The host was kind and very helpful. The suite was spacious, with a modern, spotless bathroom, and private parking was a great bonus. It's right in the city center. Highly recommended!

The room was clean and the location was good, within walking distance of everything in Bologna. Unfortunately, the coffee machine didn't work, and road works were happening during our stay. It would've been nice to know about that beforehand. We also found self check-in difficult as foreigners, and it may be hard for elderly guests too. The place was difficult to find.
