The room was very clean and had what we needed for a comfortable stay, and there’s a coffee machine with pods. Breakfast came with lots of different products. They weren’t fresh, but the quality seemed good. The B&B is a few kilometers from central Bologna and doesn’t have parking. There’s a nearby lot where parking costs €1.20 per hour from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. Highly recommended. If you can’t make it in time for check-in, let the owners know and they’ll give you a code to pick up the key.

Mirco was so friendly and helpful, thank you! The room was lovely, the facilities comfortable, and breakfast very generous. The location worked well for us, around a 10-minute walk from the train station and about 20 minutes from the city center.
