Don't book this place. I thought I was reserving a boutique hotel, but what I got was a suite of three rooms, with no kitchen, which is less than you'd get in a traditional Airbnb. There’s no restaurant, and we were told to check in remotely. We ended up not staying, and they wouldn’t work with us at all on a refund. I couldn’t even speak to anyone who worked at the hotel. When I called, I was told they didn’t have time to talk to me then. There are many nicer places to stay in Bologna. All you get here is a clean room in the town center, nothing else.

We paid for a one-night stay through booking.com and had been in touch with the owners earlier that day to confirm when we’d arrive. But when we got to the property, we couldn’t get in or reach them through WhatsApp or booking.com. We were only in Bologna for one night, so this wasted precious time. We eventually managed to get inside.

The staff were really friendly and helpful, and our room was quiet and relaxing. It was spacious, cozy, and very clean, and the hotel has a stylish feel and a great location. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. Highly recommend if you’re in Bologna!

We were a family of four and couldn’t have been happier with our stay. The rooms are gorgeous, very large, and right in central Bologna. The design has lots of thoughtful details, from the high-end modern plumbing fixtures and beautiful furniture to the quality linens. Everything you could want for a chic, stylish stay.

We stayed four nights at Casa Conoscenti and had a good time. The bed and pillows were some of the best we had on our Italy holiday, and the staff were very helpful when a couple of minor room issues came up. The room felt a bit cold, with lots of concrete and steel. The lighting was confusing too, with so many switches that it was hard to tell what controlled each light or outlet.
