The studio is spacious and has everything you need, especially air conditioning, which made it a good fit for a long stay. The shower was the main drawback since it was hard to control the water temperature. Alessio communicated very well, and check-in was the easiest I’ve had. The scruffy entrance was unswept and covered in graffiti, but I always felt safe. Take the corner and there’s a short walk under arcades to the old town, sheltered from sun and rain. The studio is on the 3rd floor and reachable by lift. Bologna is a lovely city.

Alessio was helpful and accommodating, replied to our messages right away, and suggested plenty of good places to visit and eat. The apartment was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. It’s close to the center and beside a main road, with a mini market nearby and good spots for coffee and food. We had a great stay at Alessio’s place and I recommend it without hesitation.

We spent four days here and had a wonderful time. The apartment is small but adaptable, and it was clean. The owner was kind and suggested trattorias and ice cream shops. The only issue was that the shower door was a little hard to open. I’d recommend it to budget travelers who like simple things, and I’d happily stay again.

Everything we needed was there, and the place was right in the heart of the city. Alessio was kind and helpful from the beginning, making our arrival easy. He also suggested several restaurants for trying typical Bolognese food. Thank you so much!!!!!
