Breakfast let the stay down. We had to track staff down to order hot drinks, supplies like glasses were often missing, and the hot food wasn't very hot. The food quality could be better. There was enough to get the day started, but it wasn't anything special. Even with three staff, things had run out, tables sat uncleared and no one seemed available to take drink orders. The location is brilliant, easy to walk to from the train station and close to the beautiful sights. Everywhere was very clean, and I hope the cleaning staff get recognition. The room was grand, though noise travels easily, as others have mentioned. I was glad to find a complimentary bottle of bubbles in our room after mentioning our special occasion when booking. Toiletries were replenished daily too.

I only had one night here and wish it had been longer. The bed was extra comfortable, and everything was clean. My room was big, up on the top floor, with a slanted roof and city views. If I come back to Bologna, I'll definitely stay here again. Grazie mille!

We spent eight nights here while exploring Bologna and nearby towns, and loved it. The staff were very friendly, the breakfast was good, and the room was spacious with a comfortable bed. Piazza Maggiore is a five-minute walk, and the train station takes about 15-20 minutes on foot. What more could you want?

Great coffee and a fresh breakfast with enough variety. The central open area inside is a lovely spot to relax in the evening, and the staff were friendly. The hotel's in an amazing location, with all the central sights walkable. My only complaint is that the beds are a bit hard.

The staff were great, and the breakfast was good. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, everything was immaculate, and the location right in the centre was perfect.
