THIEVES, THIEVES, THIEVES. They cancelled my reservation at the last minute for no reason. The staff member was so disrespectful. He cancelled me for a new customer who was paying more, and won't answer my calls.

The price was low, but the flat was just dirty, and there were cockroaches.

Yeah, nice enough.

The check-in is awful, and the apartment was dirty and disgusting. This felt like a complete scam: they charged my card extra, then ignored my calls and emails. Worst place I've ever stayed. EDIT: You're liars. You respond to reviews but not to my emails. I stayed here, and it was the worst place I've ever been. They charged an extra €50 and won't explain why. I've had them banned from a very popular hotel-listing site, which also agreed that Farolfi apartments is a scam.

The apartment was nice, though a long way from the city center. Check-in took an hour, and I had to wait out in the cold. Then the boiler broke in winter, leaving me without heat or hot water for two days. I got no refund or discount, which was fair enough. While I was asleep, the check-in woman even tried to come in without asking or calling first. They show very little respect for guests, as long as they've got their money.
