The room was nice and clean, and self check-in went smoothly. It was a little noisy for my comfort, with sounds from the pipes, elevator, and neighbors. Parking was tricky even outside peak tourist season. I arrived after dark, and the closest open spot I found was about 500m away. In the ZTL zone, parking was 2.8€ per hour from 8-20, and you need to buy a permit.

The street can be somewhat noisy, though inside the apartment it was really quiet. The room was comfortable and came with towels, toiletries, coffee, Netflix, and even chocolates on the pillows. The shower was wonderfully warm and powerful, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. There's no sign at the front entrance, so look for the address number, which is easy to spot.

The flat is in an authentic Italian building with a local feel, and my room was clean and modern. I especially enjoyed watching everyday life around me.

The room was comfortable and clean, and the place is really close to the centre. One of the best hosts I've come across. Bravo for the great work.

We had such a nice stay in a beautiful room, with high standards and lovely service for a decent price 😍 We'll definitely book this apartment again next time we're in Bologna. Eccelente! 🥰
