Frassinago Suites-BolognaRooms

Apartment number 2 was perfect for me and my fiancé, with all the privacy we needed. The property was wonderful, and the jacuzzi was fabulous.

The host never communicated to explain or sort out any of the problems. The checkout was too early for us, 11 am would make more sense. Outside noise came straight through, so you could hear everything and couldn't sleep, which made the other positives feel pointless. The bed was comfortable, the small kitchen was nice, and the place was clean, with a jacuzzi. The AC also wasn't charged with liquid, so in summer it was useless.

Couples would find this a good fit. The apartment was clean and very nice, in a quiet neighborhood, and the old town center was an easy walk away.

We couldn't sleep at night and ended up leaving the penthouse early to find somewhere else, even though we'd booked four nights. The neighbors were constantly noisy, and we couldn't open the back windows because the courtyard below was a serious smoking area. The room stayed too hot. The air conditioning was set to a maximum of 22 degrees, but I'm sure its condenser never kicked in, since the best it seemed to manage was the outside temperature. The bed was uncomfortable and sagged toward the middle, so you kept rolling in. There was just one power point beside the bed. A waste of money, and it ruined our stay in Bologna.
