The rooms were tidy and clean, and the property was well maintained, but they felt dated. There were only local TV channels, which wasn’t much use if you don’t speak Italian. Breakfast wasn’t as enjoyable as at other places we stayed in Italy, and the tennis court was terrible. Staff didn’t speak much English. We came for the thermal pool and a countryside stay for our last two nights in Italy, but didn’t enjoy it as much as other reviewers, maybe because we didn’t know what to expect from a spa hotel. The pool wasn’t suitable for kids, smelled strongly, and required a swim cap. It was one of the pricier places we stayed. We left after one night and went to Sorano instead, a beautiful town I’d highly recommend.

I brought twenty students to the SPA for a five-day wellness retreat, and we all loved the experience. The villas, food, and service were wonderful, and the staff’s care and help made it even more special. I’ll be back to host more events, and I wholeheartedly recommend it!

The relaxation room tucked behind the spa was a lovely surprise. My wife and I came just for the pools in late September, and hardly anyone else was there. We had a really nice, restful day. Definitely recommend it if you’re looking to unwind.

The setting between Sorano and Pitigliano made for a great Tuscan stay, and the pool and natural thermal baths were a real highlight. We came near the end of the main season with our five-month-old baby. The welcome was warm, the place was spotless and well kept, and both the service and accommodation were perfect. The price felt fair too. A very nice aparthotel near Sorano, and one I’d happily recommend.

There are lovely walks around the grounds, and the views are beautiful wherever you look. The accommodation was much more spacious than expected, clean, and modern. Staff were pleasant and so helpful, especially when I struggled with the language. The little cafe had coffee and snacks throughout the day, and the restaurant food was amazing. I also loved the spa treatments and massages. The hot baths and pool were great, with lifeguards at every pool all day. Social distancing was clearly set out and followed.
