Hc3 Hotel

It’s expensive for this location, but things were otherwise run well. Staff were available around the clock, and breakfast was good, served properly at the table. The bus stop right outside is a real plus, with a ride of about 20 minutes to the city center.

The bus stop right outside was the one useful thing about this place. The room was clean, but much older and more worn than the photos suggested, and for what we paid it simply wasn’t worth it. The breakfast was extremely skimpy, just two slices of salami and one of cheese. On the first morning the croissants were burnt, and nobody replaced them. At checkout we were also asked for another €34 for our three nights for two people, even though the listing said taxes and charges were included. That felt dishonest and very unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

It was a fairly quiet place and not too far from downtown. Breakfast was small, and although my room was clean, the bed wasn’t as comfortable as I’d have liked.

The staff were kind and courteous, and the service was fine. The hotel itself feels dated, with small rooms, though that seems fairly normal by European standards. It’s also a little out of the way, so reaching the main sights takes more effort. There aren’t many places to eat nearby, which was inconvenient since there’s no restaurant at the hotel.
