Osimar Hotel

Matias at reception was a real highlight, always smiling and ready to help with any information. The breakfast was good, though some vegetables would have been a welcome addition. Our room was spacious and clean, with a balcony. It got a little noisy around noon, but the bed was comfortable. It's a good place to stay in Rome, not too far from Bologna metro, and I'd recommend it.

The staff were friendly and cooperative throughout my stay, and the service was excellent. Mr. Nadeem and Ms. Valentina deserve special thanks for being so helpful and courteous. My room was very clean, well cared for, and had everything I needed. They made the visit memorable, and I'd highly recommend the hotel.

On our first day, a group in the room next door tried to break in, then started smashing things in their own room and screaming. We had no hotel contact number, so we had to wait for them to leave. After two hours, we finally made it to reception. They said the group was just a group and it wasn't an issue, and that they couldn't move us or do anything about it. We left the same day and still haven't received a refund. The hotel can't control who books a room, but it should take responsibility for how it responds when something like this happens. Extremely disappointing.

The location was convenient and the staff were friendly, and the room itself was comfortable. Still, there was noise from neighboring rooms late into the night that kept interrupting my sleep. For what I paid, I expected better cleanliness, amenities, and value overall. It did the job as a place to sleep, but I felt I was paying too much for what I got. I don't know if I'd stay again unless things improved enough to justify the price.
