The breakfast included was perfect each morning, and Residenza Vatican suite was a lovely, relaxing place to return to in the evenings. We were in a beautiful part of Rome, with all the landmarks a 30 -40 minute walk away. The staff were the best part: so friendly and accommodating, and they kept everything clean. Matteo & Fabiana were especially kind and made our time in Rome even better. Thank you!

We loved our recent stay at Residenza Vatican Suite. It's ideally located for a visit to the Vatican, and the staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive, making sure we were comfortable. The rooms were clean and well-appointed. With that location and such good service, I'd highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rome.

The only real drawback for me was the extremely tiny bathroom. Taking a shower without bumping into things was difficult. Otherwise, everything was excellent: check-in was straightforward, the receptionist was very polite, and the location is handy for the attractions.

The room was lovely, with a comfortable bed and a shower that had everything needed. Staff were friendly and polite, and the location near the historic center was beautiful. I stayed while touring Rome and would definitely come back next time. Highly recommend!

Clean, spacious rooms, elevator access, and staff who were helpful, especially the young woman who spent half an hour trying to get our wifi sorted. Sadly, she couldn't fix it. The wifi was absolutely shocking, so I had to use roaming data the whole stay, which was very inconvenient. The location is good for walking to Lepanto metro station, the Vatican, and across the Tiber into the heart of Rome. For what I paid, it's okay, but if wifi matters to you, think carefully about staying here, as other reviews mention the same issue.
