The staff were wonderful, really warm and helpful. We had a late flight, so they let us leave our bags and even offered to book a taxi to make getting around easier. There’s also a shop right beside the hotel with long opening hours. It’s close to the city center, and even on the first floor our street wasn’t very noisy. The bus station is about a two-minute walk away, handy for getting to farther parts of the city. Our room was a normal size and comfortable.

The service was kind, attentive, and informative, and my room was spotless. It’s a one-star hotel, so don’t expect a heated pool or a fancy feather bed. There was reliable Wi-Fi, hot water, and a clean, proper bed to sleep in.

The reception staff were kind and helpful, and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly. My room was cleaned daily and was genuinely very clean. It’s close to the old center and within walking distance of the station. If luxury is what you’re after, though, this isn’t the place.

The owner and the rest of the staff were so kind and helpful. My room was cleaned every day and came with fresh, clean towels. The hotel is less than a 10-minute walk from the center. I had an amazing stay.

The room was on the small side, but tidy and had what I needed. The staff were really helpful too. It’s a traditional albergo in a lively spot near Bologna’s city center, with lots of good cafés and restaurants close by.
