It’s an easy walk into central Bologna, and the location was convenient. The online check-in worked efficiently, but the room needs reasonable maintenance. Only one roll of toilet paper was provided for a stay of several nights, and common amenities were missing. The double bed was two twin mattresses pushed together that kept coming apart. The old sheets showed obvious wear along the edges, and the kitchen area needed more cleaning. There was clear mold on the bathroom ceiling and around the shower.

The room had the basics, including a small kitchen with a microwave, fridge, sink, and coffee machine. Check-in was easy and contact-free, and the staff were easy to reach on WhatsApp. Breakfast was nothing special, but it was nice to have. The center is an easy walk, around 15-20 minutes, and you could probably take the bus too. A little more light over the table by the kitchen would’ve helped, and the knives could be sharper.

The place looked just like the photos and worked really well for a couple. We could walk to the city center in about 10 minutes, and the bus and train stations were close too. Communication throughout the stay was excellent, and the app made check-in and checkout really easy.

The automated check-in was easy, and I really liked that part of the service. The room was small, cozy, and very nice, so the stay itself felt pleasant. But when we arrived, we tried to contact the host and got no reply at any point during our stay. I'd give the service two stars.

The rooms are nice, with the station about a 10-minute walk away and the city center around 15 minutes on foot. You open the place through a link on your phone. Breakfast was included, though it wasn't very good, and the Amazon Prime and Netflix subscriptions on the TV didn't work.
