The owner was really friendly and gave us detailed check-in information, even though we arrived late at 11pm. We also forgot a book at her place, and she made the effort to send it back to us in Germany. The room was clean and cozy. It's a little outside the center, but the bus gets you there easily in a 10-15min drive. We had a nice stay in Bologna and can definitely recommend it :)

Less than a week before our stay, the owner cancelled our reservation because of overbooking. That left us in a worse financial position, trying to find somewhere decent just a few days before coming here.

Clean and cozy, and close to the Fair grounds. Just perfect.

The rooms really stood out: modern, welcoming, and meticulously clean. During the Bologna Children's Book Fair, staying at "La Finestra sulla Fiera" was a flawless experience, with an unbeatable location close to the pavilions. The staff were exceptionally helpful, and the service created a welcoming but professional atmosphere. This property is an absolute excellence, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for maximum comfort and convenience in Bologna.

Ideal if you're heading to the fairgrounds, which are just steps away. The room and bathroom were spotless. The owner wasn't there in person, but could be reached by phone or WhatsApp. Payment was by bank transfer, with the tourist tax paid in cash. An excellent B&B.
