BeHome Apartment Holidays

It's a lovely little home in central Bologna. I was there for a few days and met Giuseppe, who felt like a friend, not an owner. He told me about lots of the best spots in Bologna. The home is so cute and nice that I decided to stay an extra day. I had a great time. Thanks BeHome :D

The apartment was in such pleasant condition, clearly renovated recently. It smelled wonderfully clean when we arrived, with not a speck of dust. The shower is large and clean, and the kitchen is new and comfortable, with a coffee machine. I needed the kitchen to make meals for my 9-month-old baby while weaning, and my husband and I had a very good stay. Getting checked in was quick and easy, and the owners were always available. We could walk to the city center in 10 minutes, so we left the car unused for two days. There's a bar and a minimarket on the ground floor with everything you might need. I hope we can stay again next time we're in Bologna.

I spent five nights here to see Bologna and the surrounding area. The studio is right at the edge of the historic center, across from Porta San Donato. The Pinacoteca Nazionale and Botanical Garden are only a few minutes away, and on the way I passed the Finestrella, the Two Towers and the Seven Churches, all within minutes of each other. A bus stop right outside gets you to the central station in four minutes, so it's also very convenient for trips to Verona and Florence during the same vacation. The studio was spotless, with a well-equipped kitchen and a capsule coffee machine. The host was very friendly and helpful. Pizzeria Masaniello downstairs is an ethical takeout place and definitely worth trying.

What stood out most was how kind and attentive the couple running the place were. It's centrally located and meticulously looked after, spotlessly clean, with coffee, water and snacks for guests. Highly recommended!
