It’s very clean, practical and safe, with an excellent location for a short trip to Bologna. My room was a single with a standard feel, but a reasonable size for such a central spot, and the shower was nice, which isn’t always the case in Italy. My only complaint is that online check-in through the website was the sole option, and I didn’t find the site very well designed. Some people may prefer that, but I’d like to choose between online and in-person check-in before uploading a picture of my ID. Apart from that, no complaints.

My son’s single room had a huge bathroom, and the kitchen had everything he might need for breakfast, including coffee, jams, and spread. It was all individually packaged and well organized, and there was complimentary water in the room fridge. The rooms were clean and warm, and the beds and pillows were super comfortable. Just a few meters from Piazza Maggiore. Simply perfect.

The manager was very helpful, even with the little details. The room and bathroom were comfortable and clean, and the location near Piazza Maggiore was excellent. I’d definitely recommend staying here.

The manager’s behavior was unacceptable. The toilet seat was dirty, the bed creaked, and the air conditioner wasn’t working properly. I tried three times to get in touch about check-in, then waited two hours for instructions that didn’t even say which apartment we had. We’ve stayed in lots of places in Italy for work over the past few years, and this is the first time we’ve had an experience like this.

Right in the city center, the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well priced. There’s a shared kitchen with everything needed for a good breakfast. Check-in and check-out were handled through WhatsApp and prepaid card, which made the process quick and easy.
