The breakfast room had one big shared table, which seemed a little odd at first, but we ended up enjoying conversations with the other guests over delicious Italian breakfast. The brownie was EXCELLENT and the coffee was delicious. The owner was such a nice person. We were two hours late because of heavy traffic, and he waited for us to check in. He also arranged a parking spot and suggested a great place for dinner, San Silvestro. The location is excellent, about a 10-minute walk to the city centre. We loved this cozy, stylish little hotel. It has only three rooms, and ours was spacious, spotless, quiet and peaceful, with a large, new, fresh-smelling bathroom. Highly recommend it!

Giovanni shared lots of useful Bologna tips, including some great restaurants. The rooms are lovely, breakfast is amazing, and the value is great. Absolutely superb place, I’d definitely stay here in Bologna.

The heating had a small hiccup, but it wasn’t enough of an issue for us to mention it. The rooms and breakfast were great, and I’d highly recommend staying here. I’d choose it again when we return.

The location was great, just a short walk from the two towers. Our room was nice and came with a private elevator, and the breakfast choices were okay. Although we had a reservation, the place was full, so they put us in another apartment a couple of doors away. If you’re not Italian and arriving by car, finding the private parking can be tough. You have to speak with a garage owner who doesn’t speak any English.

The comfortable rooms, generous breakfast, parking, and location fairly close to the old town were all good. The downside is that the hotel is hard to find, tucked into an apartment building with no signs at all. The owner doesn’t speak English and can sometimes be unreachable by phone.
