The fridge didn't work, and most of the TV channels had no sound. There wasn't parking nearby as advertised, and the options we found were very expensive. Not worth it, and I wouldn't stay again.

The room was dirty, and the view was just another building, like being in a central prison. The shower was so bad I'd rather have bathed in mud. Things were broken, and the woman who let us in kept us waiting a long time without even apologizing. Then she demanded €3 per person, even though that charge wasn't shown on the booking page.

Watch out for this check-in scam. Our plane issue made us less than half an hour late, and we wrote to them about it. They replied that they were sorry, but after we'd paid, they gave our room to someone else the next day. We spent the night without sleep in the room. If Booking doesn't fix this, we'll get the money back through PayPal and open a fraud case. There was no information about what happens if you're late. Beware!

The location near Bologna's center is good, and the price isn't especially high for that area. But traffic and people passing late at night made it very noisy. I booked a double room with a friend without a private bathroom because the listing said there were shared bathrooms for the rooms on the same floor. To my disappointment, there was only one. Given the overall quality, I think the price should be lower.
