The owner really made an effort to make us feel at home, and the location is within easy walking distance of all the main necessities. The breakfast wasn’t like a typical South African one, and it would be great to have more options. I’d recommend the place anytime.

Our reservation, which we’d made six months earlier, was cancelled shortly before the trip because of claimed overbooking. How does that even happen? It spoiled our Bologna trip, since there weren’t many other options and the rates were higher so close to the travel date. They didn’t apologize or offer to sort it out. I’ll never recommend them.

There isn’t breakfast here. They give you some 5 euro coupons for nearby restaurants, which isn’t enough for breakfast when you’re paying 150 euro a night.

I had to wait so long to check in.

The room was modern and very quiet, with fast Wi-Fi that worked well for getting work done. I liked the decor, the outlets beside the bed, and having a coffee machine in the room. Check-in was quick, and the staff were professional.
