Moline apartment

The meal was delicious and well prepared, and it arrived quickly without any dip in quality. The place has a cozy, pleasant feel that made it easy to relax and enjoy eating there. Staff were kind, attentive, and quick to respond throughout. I’d happily come back and recommend it.

I went with some girlfriends on Friday. I had tagliatelle ragu with mixed salad and buffalo mozzarella, and we kept picking at the homemade flatbreads. Two of my friends chose lasagne with tomato bruschetta. My vegan friend had sweet caramelised onions on flatbread, mixed salad, and baked potatoes. Those sweet onions were delicious. I finished with a lovely decaffeinated coffee. Worth a visit.

The wine list is fantastic, and the Nebbiolo was a real treat. The local cheeses and meats were enjoyable too, though dessert was less impressive: zuppa inglese was 6/10 and tiramisu 7/10. Le Moline is popular with tourists, but the wholesome food and reasonable prices make that understandable. The menu is limited, with a focus on local dishes and produce, but there’s still good choice. The homemade tagliatelle al ragù was a strong 9/10. Definitely worth visiting, just book well ahead.

The atmosphere was lovely and everything we ate was rich, well prepared, and beautifully presented. We couldn’t get the salad we wanted, and there was no wine by the glass available that day. Even so, the food quality made up for those small disappointments. A great place to visit.
