Serena was so friendly and helpful, with suggestions on places to eat and visit. The apartment was spacious, bright, clean, and felt like home. It's a short walk from both the city center and the train station. I stayed at Portobello Apartments for a weekend and would definitely return. I'd recommend it.

Serena was a warm, welcoming host and really helpful with recommendations. The flat is in a great, convenient location, with good amenities, comfortable beds, and nice bathrooms.

What a disappointing and completely unreasonable experience. Bologna had a flooding disaster, and the city was warning people not to enter, but Serena and the “company rules” offered no consideration. I wasn't asking for a refund, only to reschedule, and they refused. I'd look elsewhere and avoid giving your business to people like this.

The hosts were such a delight, and the apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. I’d happily stay there again. Thanks for a wonderful visit.
