Breakfast was absolutely amazing. The hotel was super clean and the bed was comfy. The room felt a little small, though the balcony helped. I would’ve liked to have coffee in the room.

Breakfast was plentiful and really good. The hotel is close to lots of shops and restaurants, and most attractions are within walking distance. The rooms are a bit outdated.

We booked a room for our family, prepaid, and stayed in touch to say we’d arrive in a few minutes. Then they cut off contact and stopped replying. Nobody answered our calls, either through the carrier or on WhatsApp, and they never gave us access to the apartment. We were left without a room late on our first evening in Italy, with elderly people in our group. The room still hasn’t been enabled, and as of today there’s been no refund. This was one of the three worst hotel experiences I’ve had anywhere. I’d tell people to avoid it. It’s scandalous that a place like this exists in the 21st century in Bologne.

It’s a 25-minute brisk walk to the center, and the area around the hotel is quiet. The staff, rooms, and breakfast were all nice. Perfect hotel!
