Mr. Fulvio was incredibly kind and helpful. The apartment was quiet and beautifully maintained, with everything we needed, including Wi-Fi and a parking spot beneath the building. It’s a short walk from Villa Laura Clinic and about a ten-minute bus ride to Bologna's center. I highly recommend it for a lovely weekend in Bologna.

The apartment was comfortable, clean, and thoroughly sanitized, with spotless bathrooms and all the essentials for a family, including a full kitchen, washing machine, TV, and internet. Parking is in the condominium courtyard, in a space marked with its own number. It was good value for money. The location also worked well: the city center and Bologna's main sights are easy to reach, while the ring road and highway are just steps away if you're heading elsewhere. Supermarkets, bars, tobacco shops, other stores, and ATMs are all within walking distance.

We found the owners friendly and helpful. The place was new, clean, and had all the comforts we needed, in a really quiet area even at night. Supermarkets, shops, and a bus stop are all nearby, and the ride into the city center takes just a few minutes. Highly recommended.
