We spent one night here, and the host greeted us with all the information and advice we needed. The apartment was very well equipped and on the ground floor, with its own parking spot. It’s a 10-15 minute walk to the city center. Many thanks and greetings to the host. We’ll definitely choose him again when we return to Bologna.

I haven't actually been there yet. Google Maps keeps pestering me for a review, apparently convinced for some reason that I know the place.

The breakfast was well stocked with fruit, snacks, yogurt, cakes, pastries, milk, water, coffee, and herbal tea, and the kitchen had good equipment, including a microwave. The apartment was spotless, made clever use of its space, and had Wi-Fi that worked perfectly. San Donato 40 is well placed for getting around Bologna on foot or by public transport, and parking is available. Thanks to the kind host for the helpful advice. Great value for a weekend in the city.

We had fresh fruit and everything we needed for breakfast in the fridge, thanks to the very kind owner. The apartment was lovely, clean, and welcoming, with every comfort and tasteful furnishings. There’s a small garden for enjoying the cool evening air. It’s very close to both the center and the fairgrounds, and has private parking.

It's in a very central part of Bologna. A really sweet lady runs the place. We booked through Booking.com while on the way and let her know when we arrived nearby. She was there in ten minutes. The room had everything, and it was good value for the price.
