A cozy, clean apartment with everything we needed to unwind after busy days exploring Bologna. The balcony was my favorite part, with beautiful city views where we could relax over a glass of wine. Eleonora was welcoming and made sure we had what we needed. It’s also just a short walk to the city center. I’d highly recommend it for a Bologna stay 🥰

Our flight was canceled, and we had no way to get to Bologna. We had extra cancellation insurance, but the lady kept the entire accommodation payment and didn’t refund a cent. There wasn’t another flight available, as flights were sold out for two days, and our stay was meant to be three nights. I expected the reply we got; at least her arrogant behavior is now visible. If you don’t want to risk losing your money when something goes wrong, avoid this place. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

The flat was tidy, clean, and bright, and the check-in and check-out were arranged conveniently. Eleonora was a lovely, helpful host and available whenever we needed assistance. Thank you for everything, Eleonora!

I come to Bologna often for both work and pleasure, and since finding this place I haven’t felt the need to stay anywhere else. I’ve been back four times in different seasons. Eleonora gave us a warm welcome, and the house is clean and orderly. The location is excellent: the train station is nearby, and the center, with all its attractions and more, is less than a 15-minute walk at a normal pace. The balcony also has a perfect view over Bologna. Highly recommended!
