The restaurant downstairs serves amazing food, and it's easy to walk to the train station. The front desk staff were welcoming and so nice, the rooms were clean, and they had A/C, though you need to call reception to switch it on. The main downside was the noise. Our room faced the road, and we could also hear everything in the hallway, so sleeping was hard. Expect to wake up around 5-6 am when the cars and people in the hall start making noise. If you're a heavy sleeper, it probably won't bother you. Otherwise, it was a great place to stay.

The rooms and service were great, but we had a terrible experience after checking out on 9th August at 10 AM. We left our bags in the car, parked on the street behind the hotel, went for a walk and came back about an hour later to find the glass by the side mirror broken. Someone had broken in and stolen our backpacks and wallet. We didn't have money or valuables in them, just clothes and personal items, but our passports were gone. My wallet also had my residence permit and health insurance card, and I've now blocked all the cards. Update: thanks to the Italian police, we recovered 70% of what was lost, including our passport and wallet.

The staff were really professional and friendly, and I even got an upgrade. The room was super nice and clean. After a hot day, the water in the mini fridge was a lovely touch. It's less than five minutes from the central station. Everything was great, I'd definitely recommend coming here.

I made an honest mistake with my reservation. Within minutes, I tried to cancel and asked them to understand, but they refused to help. Since it was for the same day, I caused them no loss, and they could have waived at least part of the full fee. I'd avoid this place if you want a company that helps its customers.
