The kitchen and room were okay, but the online setup was confusing, calls went unanswered, and even other guests seemed unsure where breakfast or food could be found. The kitchen had only a coffee machine, some cake, and fruit, far less than the fresh selection they advertised. They present this hotel as modern and fully managed online, but that wasn’t what we experienced. The balcony door was broken and wouldn’t shut. One morning I heard someone outside on the balcony and found a man working there. I have no idea how he got there, maybe from a nearby balcony. He just carried on as if nobody was in the room. My phone, wallet, cash, and laptop were on the table, and I felt completely unsafe. I reported it to staff, but got no response and saw no action. This place isn’t worth staying at.

We got great value for money. Our check-in was two hours late, but the woman waited for us, and they cleaned the room every day. Breakfast was cozy with plenty to choose from, including eggs, bread, cheese, salami, and pastries. There was also a coffee machine in the kitchen that made really good coffee, plus an espresso machine and fridge in the room. The mattress was comfortable, the room was very big, and the air conditioning was on throughout the place. The location is excellent, close to the center. It wasn’t very hot in Bologna anyway, though.

The location might have been okay, but we were above a bar and had loud noise until 2 or 3 am. Parking was a nightmare, with nowhere to pull over even to unload our things, despite the listing saying parking was available. The rooms were moldy and falling apart, as if they’d never been repaired. The shower was squeezed into a closet and very small for a tall person. Breakfast was stale, old food. It felt like an unmaintained old Airbnb and wasn’t even good value. Go somewhere else.

The room's decor and location were nice, and the man who welcomed us was friendly. After that, it was all disappointing. The breakfast was stale and had very few choices. We were told the door handle had broken the night before and there hadn't been time to fix it, but after reading other reviews we realized previous guests had reported the same problem. Nobody changed our sheets or towels, or even replaced the toilet paper. The shower gel had been left by previous guests. Netflix and the air conditioning didn't work properly, and the room was poorly constructed, from the floor to the bathroom furniture. Way overpriced for what it offered.
