The location was excellent, with a restaurant, bar, and supermarket all within a three-minute walk. We stayed three nights in one of the two ground-floor rooms. It was very clean, with an ensuite bathroom, two single beds, and two exits, one into the hall and another straight onto a small terrace.

Mr. Michele greeted me warmly. He was kind, polite, and helpful. The property was clean and welcoming, just steps from the center. I'd definitely recommend it.

The owner welcomed us personally and was friendly, with detailed instructions and useful advice. We found the cozy apartment had everything we needed, and parking on nearby blue lines was easy to find, at 11e per day. It's about a 10-minute walk to the city center. We did have ants and flies coming through various holes throughout our stay, probably because there's a garden right in front. Street noise also woke us in the morning.

The room had everything we needed and was well equipped. Michele, the manager, was available if we had questions. The location is great, close to the avenues and only steps from the center and Margherita Gardens. Congratulations!

A quiet, leafy area with parking, and the center is about a 15-minute walk away. We found it good value, and it was clear they care about their guests' well-being. A very good place to stay.
