The apartment has a spacious living room with two sofas and a comfortable kitchen with a small breakfast table. There are two bedrooms, one with an ensuite shower room, and another bathroom at the end of the hall in the sleeping area, with a large corner bathtub. It’s a stunning, luxurious place and very well maintained, with everything feeling perfect. You can walk to the city centre easily. Parking around there is difficult, but if you look, you can find a spot. Thank you.

Shops and restaurants are close by, and there’s parking nearby for €7.50 per day. The apartment is on the first floor, reached by stairs or elevator. It’s very spacious and extremely well equipped, with a kitchen and living room, two separate double bedrooms, a walk-in closet and shower room off one bedroom, plus another bathroom with a bathtub. We found it for our stay in Bologna.

The room looked newly furnished and the location was excellent, but the smell made the stay miserable. At first it seemed like an odd odor had been masked with air freshener, leaving the room stuffy. After that spray faded, a strong stench remained. By the next day it clearly smelled like wet dog. I left the window open for more than 12 hours each day, but coming back to sleep was still nauseating. Two friends from Bologna came in and noticed the same smell. I love dogs and know their natural scent, but I suspect a dog had been kept in that little room for a long time without being taken out, since even the walls seemed to hold the odor. When I returned the keys on the last day, I told the owner, who acted as if he didn't notice. I was on vacation, so I tried to put up with it and get out to explore the city.

I don't understand the negative rating and wonder if it was meant for a different place. We found Zamboni Suite roomy, modern, very clean, comfortable, and well equipped. It has a lift and is adapted. The host worked around our arrival time so we could leave our luggage, and suggested a restaurant where we had a very good lunch. We'd recommend it for a group of four visiting Bologna.
