Agriturismo Arlena

There’s lots of open space here, so it suits both people who want to sit back and enjoy the weather and anyone keen on sports. You can rent canoes, bring your pets, and there are cats too!!! Summer is especially comfortable, with a cooler climate than usual and less of that oppressive heat. The staff are friendly and nearly always around to sort out issues. I’ve been coming regularly for seventeen years and have never left disappointed.

Such a peaceful, quiet spot.

The private beach by the lake and the well-kept grounds are lovely, and the location works well logistically. Staff were friendly and helpful, including with our little dog Bonnie. The rooms are nice and have nearly every comfort. The drawback is the lack of mosquito screens, so it’s hard to keep the windows open for ventilation, even though the place is very windy. Worth a try.

The owner's kindness really stood out. They were always ready with ideas for excursions, activities, or places to try local specialties. We liked being so close to the lake, reachable on foot along the private path, and our room was spotless with a roomy, very comfortable bed. You can order a complete breakfast kit delivered to your room for €7, just ask the evening before. There are also loungers and tables for sunbathing or having an aperitif by the lake. A charming nature-filled place, not far from the center of Bolsena.
