The place is clean, quiet, and close to the railway station. It seems newly renovated, so perhaps some work is still unfinished. The door to the hallway isn't sealed, with a gap you can see through underneath, which could let fire spread easily. There are no fire warnings in the rooms, and that would make the place much safer. That's why I gave it 3 stars. I also had to call the emergency number because the room code I'd been given didn't work. The service was good and it got sorted out, but make sure you have the codes and numbers beforehand. Then you'll enjoy the place.

A nice apartment for a visit to Bolzano, with a kitchen, living room, bathroom, bedroom, and WiFi. You're also paying for a parking spot across the street.

The owner was very kind and helpful, and the area was quiet despite being close to the city center. The apartment was clean and had everything needed for a few days. There's parking in a private, secure area for €10 per day. The one drawback is that they only take cash.

It's convenient for the city center, and the place was tidy and clean, but it felt disorganized and a bit neglected. Everything was handled through WhatsApp messages. The TV in my room didn't have a remote, at least where I stayed. Parking is paid everywhere from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM.

The room was tiny and hard to move around in, with no wardrobe, just a sort of coat rack. The TV didn't work, the bed wasn't fully clean, and the bathroom was also not very clean and lacked basic things like a hairdryer. The window looked out onto the outside of the building, so passersby could see straight in unless I kept the curtains closed. It was a terrible experience. I don't know how they can charge 63 euros for a room like this. At most, 40 euros, and only because of the location and entry by code.
