Apartments Villa Anita

For the area, this was a good deal. The staff were very helpful and everything was clean, though the rooms are basic and the baths are shared. YMMV, and if you're staying longer there are better options. The Ötzi museum was amazing, and Obereggen was great for skiing!

In May 2025 I spent three nights at Villa Anita, and it was a pleasant stay. The receptionist was helpful and gave us tips on places to visit. The building was secure, with entry by code or by ringing the bell. The room was clean, and coffee machines, tea and snacks were provided in the shared areas of the apartment. We had pleasant weather and didn't need heating or air conditioning. The villa itself is beautiful, with a garden full of fruit trees and plants where you can sit and relax. It's about a 15-minute walk from Bolzano's main station and around eight minutes from the nearest restaurants and market area. I'd visit again.

The rooms are only about seven minutes from the train station, and the villa about thirteen, depending on your walking pace. I had luggage with me. Villa Anita is beautiful, and the hosts took care of everything. They gave me lots of recommendations, helped with my luggage and even offered breakfast every day. Five stars for the hosts and service, many thanks. It's also a great location. Ask about another accommodation, as they have rooms in the city.

The view is stunning, and it's just a five-minute walk from the center. The rooms were nice and very clean, and the place made us feel comfortable and welcome. Thanks for the friendly welcome and hospitality!
