Dinner became a real highlight, with several courses served at an unhurried pace that gave us lovely family time. Everything we ate was tasty, including regional dishes we’d never tried before. There was also an afternoon snack of soup, fruit, and cake after a morning on the slopes. The hotel’s Wellness Center has a pool, jacuzzi, and sauna, plus a gym, table tennis, and billiards. Kronplatz is nearby by car or ski bus, and there’s a garage and a ski room for storing and drying gear. Our room was clean, spacious, and warm, which mattered a lot in winter. The hotel is family run, and the staff were wonderful. Karolina was especially kind and helpful, always smiling and making sure our dietary requirements were met. We were very happy with our stay at Hotel Kristall and would gladly return to the Dolomites. It was our best winter holiday ever!

A lovely hotel with good food and excellent service. The awkward part was getting in and out with our luggage at Kristall Mountains.

We had a fantastic stay. The hotel was peaceful, in a sunny, cozy village in the valley, just minutes from Plan de Corones' ski facilities and Brunico. The rooms were new and had every comfort, and the spa was wonderful, with a pool, whirlpool, sauna, and more. There’s also a game room for kids. The food was very good, and breakfast included homemade cakes. A little paradise.

The food was delicious, and you can feel the care and calm the family brings to running the hotel and looking after guests. The design is simple but clever, and everything was well kept and clean.

The food was amazing, and breakfast was very good. The staff were so nice and really focused on helping guests. There was no air conditioning, but we had the window open and it worked out fine.
