The setting is amazing, and the location is great. The staff were friendly and helpful, but the place itself was very odd and hard to find. There was just a tiny unlit sign, and parking was a hassle. It was completely dark inside, so we had to switch on every light. They were on a short timer, too. The climate control in our room didn't work, and without window screens, bugs got in and bit us. The bed felt like a board, the pillow was knotted and seemed 100 years old, and the shower head wouldn't stay up, so we had to hold it. It has great potential, but seems terribly mismanaged.

There was nobody at reception to ask for help, and the staff seemed invisible and unconcerned. Someone had left spoiled food in a fridge, and early in the morning the whole second floor lost electricity.

The balcony has a great view, but there was no Wi-Fi during our stay. The elevator worked only sometimes, so at other times we had to walk. We weren't given an outside door key, which meant being locked out if we left between 11 and 7:30. No early morning walk to see the mountains.
