The sheets and towels had a damp smell, and the room had no hot water. Wi-Fi didn't work, the soap bottle was almost empty, and the toaster still had crumbs from previous guests. For such a high price, there were hardly any services, and we had to climb to our second-floor room because there’s no elevator.

The place was clean and really close to the city center, but surprisingly hard to find, even with Google saying, "you have reached to destination ;)".

We were five women sharing three apartments, and the location was fantastic. Everyone was so friendly, and the service was superb. Thanks for a wonderful stay, best wishes from Auerbach :) We'll definitely come back.

We paid what you'd expect at a four-star hotel, but there was no Wi-Fi, no mirror, and barely a light, just a small bulb on a fake bathroom cabinet. There was only one outlet in the room, so we had to choose between charging a phone and turning on the light. We weren't given a shower towel or bath mat either. The coffee was an indescribable mess, there was a cigarette butt on the windowsill, and hairs were stuck to a fake welcome candy on the bed. I strongly advise against staying here. Shame!
