The low price, convenient location, and friendly staff we met were the only real positives. Central Rooms is called Residence Fink at the Bolzano location, so be aware of that when finding it. The place feels like refurbished office space turned into a makeshift hotel. The air conditioning didn't work, and there was a lot of mold in both the shared bathroom and shower room. Bring your own soap, since the shared bathroom had none or other supplies. The glass door between the room and hallway is poor quality, and the automatic light comes on when other guests pass, shining bright white light into your room. Sounds odd, but that's what happened. If you can afford it, for the sake of sleep, find another hotel.

The location was nice and the place was clean, but the facilities were lacking: no Wi-Fi or air conditioning, and the shower and toilet were shared. It was also tricky to find, inside a shopping center, with a small gateway that gets locked at night. We booked two rooms but received just one key that opened the gate. During our stay, a couple got locked outside at night because they hadn't been given a key. Try opening the gate when you first arrive. The receptionist is based in another building, Fink residences.

It was very cheap, and we could leave our luggage at reception, though actually it was behind the reception doors and that made us a little worried someone might take it. There was no soap in the toilet, and the shower smelled bad. We couldn't charge our phones because there was no electricity in the room. We had to collect the keys elsewhere, and to get out through the gate we had to leave our room keys behind. Luckily, some guy came and opened the gate for us. I wouldn't recommend this place unless you're really desperate or poor.

We were there on business and needed a quiet, clean place to sleep, but the stay was very bad. The room was dirty, noisy, and completely worn out. There wasn't enough hot water for one person to wash their hair, so the next person got a cold shower. The shared bathroom had no Wi-Fi, and only one of the seven sockets worked. Reception was in another building. The receptionist was grumpy and didn't seem to feel responsible when there were problems or emergencies, even though her number was listed for calls. We paid extra to change accommodation, but the new place wasn't much better. Our room hadn't been cleaned, the Wi-Fi was poor, and on our last night the battery in the code key died, locking us out. At 11pm they told us to find another hotel room because she was off duty and already too far away. Pay attention, they have several places in Bozen, and I'd never stay there again. Every penny was wasted.

For two people, we paid 150 euros for three nights, so I was actually pleased with it. The location is great and the price is very low. It was better than I expected from the awful reviews. The walls are really thin, there was no soap in the shared bathrooms, and there was a strange smell.
