La Briosa really does stand out for quality and service. From the moment we arrived, the genuine warmth and attention to detail were clear. Monique at reception, Hajjaj and Emilia at breakfast, and even the owner Francesco made us feel welcome and cared for. Hospitality here feels personal, thoughtful, and authentic. Highly recommended.

Bolzano has become our favorite place in Italy, and we can’t wait to return. Hotel La Briosa is a beautiful hotel and a real work of art. It’s family-run, and the warm, friendly staff made us feel completely at home. The location is right in town and convenient for public transport to the Dolomites. Breakfast was fantastic, with fresh pastries and a high-quality spread, and the rooms were incredibly luxurious and spacious.

The staff made this stay especially memorable. I felt welcome from the start, and it was the best experience I’ve had in Italy by far. On our first visit to Bolzano, the hotel itself was a lovely surprise too: new, with striking architecture and careful attention to detail. Our room was spacious, modern, very clean, and the blackout blinds were much appreciated. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We felt at home as soon as we arrived, almost like old family friends. The owner and staff are clearly passionate about looking after guests. The hotel sits right at the edge of the city centre, and breakfast is generous, with omelettes and scrambled eggs made to order. Our room was comfortable, with big, cushy mattresses that didn’t bounce whenever one of us moved. The windows blocked out the light completely, and the electrical fittings were state of the art.

The owner took a little time to explain the hotel’s history and his philosophy for it. The team’s service was thoughtful, and the design has its own distinctive character, with lots of attention to detail. A great boutique hotel right in the centre of Bolzano. Highly recommend it!
