Our room kept losing power, and the receptionist made us feel unwelcome. It wasn’t ready even though we arrived late, and hadn’t been cleaned properly. There’s no parking, despite what the booking information says. I also left my coat behind. Nobody contacted me about it, and after five days of calling and offering to pay to have it sent back, I gave up. Just awful.

I’m outraged by how this accommodation handled my booking. A problem with the reservation led booking to cancel it automatically after I’d already paid. I then booked again because I still needed somewhere to stay in Bolzano. Since the accommodation already had the money, booking couldn’t refund me directly, and the property refused to return it when I contacted them. I ended up losing the full amount and paying 600€ for three days. The value for money was poor as well. The hosts barely communicate, send confusing messages, like a reminder about tomorrow’s booking on the actual check-in day, and don’t respond or explain how check-in works. You’re left to figure things out yourself. They also try to send you to a different paid private parking lot 5-10 minutes away, even though the booking says free private parking. Then you have to carry your bags to the third floor because the elevator is broken. The place could have a lot of potential, but it feels neglected: a loose toilet seat, no hand soap, tiny child-sized towels, dust, and the lower part of the walls coming away. It feels like the owners want to charge as much as possible while showing little to no care. I’d never support this business again.

We had a nice one-night stay in this well-located apartment. The basics were there, everything was clean, and the staff were friendly.

The reception was good and the place is right by the city centre, which is a great location. The room itself was disappointing, though, and the shower pressure was weak.
