B&B Le Ragazze

I left after only about 20 minutes because I really couldn’t stand the animal smell inside the house. There were lots of dogs both indoors and outdoors, and it felt like they took precedence over guests. I didn’t see any mention of the dogs in the room description when I booked, and I think that’s important information to disclose. I later filed a complaint with Booking, though it doesn’t look like it’ll affect what I paid for the night. I’d only book here if you love animals. The host later told Booking that I never checked in. I have photos from the place that should make that claim easy to disprove.

A great spot for work trips, with supermarkets, a pharmacy, and other essentials close by. I stayed for one night and will certainly return since I’m in the area often. The family who runs this B&B gave me a genuinely warm welcome, and the clean, well-equipped rooms and property had everything I needed. The “girls,” meaning the dogs and cat, were an extra treat for an animal lover like me. They’re full of cuddles and affection. Bravo!

We spent four days, three nights here as a couple and had a lovely stay. We’d found it by chance because it was so near the venue for a concert we were attending. The area was peaceful, and the host gave us plenty of privacy. There’s free street parking, plus a bar and Sigma supermarket very close by. I’d recommend it to couples, families, friends, or solo travelers.

We were a couple and stayed in a small room with its own bathroom. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and the shower was spacious and cleverly laid out. Toiletries and everything else were provided. The host’s three “girls” are dogs, white, black, and brown, who are used to guests, very gentle, and never a bother. Her cat Beauty is lovely too, with one of the prettiest coat colors I’ve ever seen. We only booked for one night while visiting Modena. It’s around 18 minutes from the city center, in a small neighborhood with plenty of outdoor parking. We got a great price through Booking.com, breakfast included. I asked the host nicely for a gluten-free breakfast, and she kindly gave me two packets of cookies as a gift.
