There was mud in the hallways, with dust and dirt everywhere, and the parking area was just a disappointing muddy lot. The living conditions were difficult. Disabled access was nonexistent, and unpleasant smells came from the kitchen sink and bathroom fixtures. The room doors were like cardboard and could be broken down easily because they weren't reinforced. It felt like a poor-quality, forced dormitory for employees of companies with terrible contracts with the owner.

I needed to relocate for work right away and was looking for a reasonably priced apartment, especially with current rents and availability in the area. Mr. Davide quickly offered to help and found me a small studio in the residence, where I stayed for about a month. The staff were all kind and helpful. I'd recommend it.

The power kept going out, and the owner wouldn't answer the phone. I also had several cold showers when the boiler occasionally shut down. The apartment I rented for work was dirty and cold, with construction happening right in my room, so I had to sleep amid the workers' dust and lime. The bidet was unspeakable, from the 1960s and without a faucet. They even closed the bathroom window at one point. It was a horrible experience I wouldn't wish on anyone. The cleaning lady was rude, and the owner was completely unhelpful. I don't recommend it.

The photos online looked beautiful, but the reality was a letdown. Although the place is surrounded by greenery, there were ants and spiders in the apartment. The bathroom had no window or bidet, and mold covered both the walls and the shower. Even though it had been sealed with silicone, the shower leaked everywhere. The duvet was dirty when I arrived. I told the owners, and they said it had been there since the previous night, when someone else was staying, but they didn't even look at it or replace it. Cleanliness was beyond reproach. There was plenty more I could say about the rudeness, but I'll stop there. I don't recommend it at all.
