The staff were all friendly, and I had a really nice experience with them. Giovanni gave me a lovely wine recommendation. The location was amazing and my room was very clean. Breakfast was good, though it was the same every day.

The balcony had beautiful Dolomites views, and I liked the welcome drink and cozy fire in the main lounge. Breakfast had a good mix of pastries, coffee and cold cuts, and the staff were warm and helpful. There was free parking too. The hotel is in a small town in the Dolomites, and while the rooms could use a refurbishment, they were dated. Wi-Fi didn't work in our room, which was frustrating, and mobile reception was down to one bar, so 5G was nearly impossible.

We've stayed at this hotel before, and we'll definitely come back. It's a gem in the Dolomites and lovely in every season. The mountains are a real treasure, and we'll keep exploring Italy while choosing and recommending this hotel. The staff are always smiling and ready to help, and I'm so grateful to them. Huge thanks to the owners for the effort they put into bringing modern design together with the beautiful nature around the hotel. Breakfast deserves a mention too: there were hot dishes, croissants, donuts, cold cuts, ham, cheeses and gluten-free pastries, with something for every taste. I don't eat meat, but still had plenty of delicious choices. The coffee was great, and there was a wide range of teas. I can't say if you'll find this much variety anywhere else. Thank you for making our stays so memorable!

We used this hotel as a base for a family ski trip with friends in Cortina d’Ampezzo, but I wouldn't stay here again. The balcony view was stunning, really the only highlight. The rooms themselves were small, outdated and nothing special. Breakfast was average, I'd give it 3/5, while dinner was a major disappointment at 1/5. With no nearby places to eat, that was a big drawback. The hotel is in a remote, wooded area, so it's peaceful, but there's nothing around: no restaurants or bars, and the nearest shop is 2.4 km up a steep hill. Be ready for a hike if you need essentials. The slopes are about 30 minutes away by car, but you need to leave by 8:00 AM to avoid heavy traffic, which can stretch the drive to nearly an hour. The staff weren't welcoming or accommodating, and the stay was less enjoyable because of it. I wouldn't recommend the place if you're looking for comfort, convenience or good service on a ski holiday. Would I return? Definitely not.

We stayed here for the second time and used the hotel as a base for hikes around Cortina. It's beautiful, with great views, and the staff are welcoming. The downside is the traffic toward Cortina, so you have to leave early. If you're planning a hike, maybe skip breakfast :)
