The spa was a highlight for us. We used the hot tub, steam room, and sauna every day, and they were great. We stayed four nights, the WiFi worked perfectly the whole time, and the staff were lovely and helpful, especially with transport tips and ideas for places to visit. It's a great place to stay in the Dolomites, and we'd happily return.

We chose the Cadore area because we didn't want to stay in Cortina with all the construction for the upcoming Olympics. The hotel was reasonably priced, centrally placed for getting into the Dolomites, and surrounded by amazing views. The front desk gave us lots of good advice about treks, and the staff were delightful. The food was good, though some breakfast items, like the cheese and pastries, could have been fresher. The spa let us down: after trekking and looking forward to a hot tub, we found it completely shut one night, then only half full the next. We didn't get the value out of it. I also wished there were chairs on the balcony so we could sit and look at the mountains. Still, it was a great choice for our four nights in the area.

I was here for work and had a great stay. The staff were fantastic. Thanks to Martin and Giovanni, who took care of us at breakfast every day, and to Gianluca at reception, plus Emanuela and Gianluca at the bar.

The food got spoiled while we were out because the mini fridge wouldn't run without a card. That meant we couldn't use the room and its facilities fully when we weren't there, and I think this should be changed. We really liked the hotel's effort to reduce plastic, though. The hotel is reasonably priced and has what you need, including a restaurant, spa, and large free parking area. The rooms were clean and spacious enough, but the bathroom felt a little tiny and awkward. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choice, although the coffee wasn't good.
